Dear Parents and Guardians,
This week it has been very cold and children are very interested about the weather and snow, so for this weeks special activity, children have been doing a winter collage project inspired by the winter weather outside. Through this art experience children are learning about the different material and texture they use. Furthermore, children are improving the fine motor skills by learning to us there hands to create different art textures.
Winter French Words
Throughout the days in the toddler room children are learning and are exposed in both French and English. Educators have been encouraging children to speak and associate different object with words. Throughout the learning experience toddler are ready to talk; they have been saying simple words in French, for example Bonjour, Merci, etc. throughout the day.
