Dear Parents and Guardians,

in this weeks art and craft activity toddlers had made a winter hat or Un chapeau in French. Through this activity children can be creative when making there winter hat. Furthermore, children are learning there fine motor and language skills when participating in the activity.

Materials:

• Construction paper
• liquid glue
• brush
• tissue paper
• pompoms
• yarn

Walking Through the Jungle

Since the weather has been cold and icy the children are unable to play outside. In Addition, to get the children moving and increase their motor skills we do Music and Movement indoors. “Walking through the jungle” is one of the many songs we do when we have music and movement class. The children enjoy following the movement and guessing the sounds of the animals.
