PROGRAMS
Petit Pearson offers a variety of programs for various ages from toddlers to school age children. Our staff create program plans that are based on the interests and needs of the children.
School Age programs
Classroom
School age classrooms are social settings that help kids develop a healthy attitude towards learning while also giving children the ability to relax when needed. Spaces exist for children to play with others, seek out quiet time after a busy day or creatively express themselves through arts, drama or imaginative play.
Curriculum
Homework help and academic support are always available. Within the classroom, interactive books, games and French language support play a key role in enhancing cognitive development.
The program helps children on:
- Teamwork
Activities that focus on teamwork help children develop their social skills. They learn how to communicate their ideas and point of view, and how to cooperate with others to reach a goal.
- Leadership
Team building games that develop leadership qualities allow children to take ownership of a task and see it through from start to finish. They learn how to manage resources, listen to input from other team members, and exercise their problem-solving skills.
- Trust building
Team building activities that build trust are great for providing a channel for children to connect with each other. It develops their interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative thinking
Group games that encourage creative thinking are great fun and perfect for kids. Give your group of children an opportunity to imagine possibilities, execute their ideas and refine those ideas if they don’t work.
